It's conveniently located outside of the subway station and close to streetcar stops. The staff is friendly and helpful - really like the ability to text the concierge. Also, the building is absolutely stunning.

Looking nothing like the pictures. Smelt of smokes and looked dingy. The interiors from the elevator looks like an average apartment building. The front desk welcome area looks like a high-key motel. Very poor setup with poorly dressed staff.

We arrived from France in the evening and needed a hotel overnight as we had another flight the next afternoon. Old styled , clean and quiet. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. It is close to the airports and at a moderate price. Although we didn’t eat there due to our late arrival, the restaurant and bar were open later. There is a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. Concierge and Shuttle staff were helpful with the many bags we had.
Bed was comfortable.

Stay inn hotel is cool, it is nicer than some of the cookie cutter airport hotels, the room is spacious and there's a few stores you can walk to 10 minutes away. it is still close to the highway though and you have to take that in consideration if you dont love the noises, as the hotel is older so it has less window isolation.

It is not nice, you do not sleep, there is a lot of talking on the phone in the hall, and the room has a pipe of water in the bathroom, and when I arrived at the apartment, he said to me, “Give me 100€ as a guarantee for a bad apartment.”

It was my first visit in Canada , and my first NHL game in Toronto .
The apartment is on the 48th floor, next to the Scotiabank Arena.
Toronto has a great transport system as you can take not only the subway and tram but also the train to wherever you want to go by taxi, so it was great.
What I didn't know was that Toronto has a secret life, and that's the areas under the buildings where let you walk all over downtown, unaffected by the weather. This area is full of restaurants, cafes, boutiques and other shops.
CN tower was really highly, scary but the view from there was beautiful.
Niagara Falls ohhh was beautiful and powerful.

Ate on Dupont Street - lots of casual places with character.
Ate on Dupont Street - lots of casual places with character. Transit very easy to navigate. Coffee and gelato excellent at Mizzica's. Would not bother with Hockey Hall of Fame - far too corporate and NHL -oriented.
Great UPDATED modern rooms. Best thing about this place was NO carpet in room much cleaner sleeker feel. Shower and bed were fantastic. Staff were alright and granted a late check out. Breakfast is good. Also you can walk to one of the best burger joints in town Burgers Priest. Handy location to airport and downtown but definitely in industrial part of town but like I said it has a lot of food options within walking distance. The exterior of the hotel is like any other 2 star but the rooms are 4 star for sure.
We arrived in Toronto 30 mins early and the staff were friendly and able to accomodate our early check-in. We had a broken toilet in our room when we arrived but the staff were quick to respond and fixed it immediately. The room was clean and comfortable.
The hotels location and very convenient for traveling downtown by subway. The subway is accessible from North York Centre Station beneath the building. There is a food court within the building connected to the hotel. It's very convenient.
Great location away from the crazy downtown core but it was also just a cheap Uber ride to the CN Tower. The hotel was very clean, as was the room. The staff were pleasant and the bellhop was exceptionally nice to speak to on the morning we left. He seemed genuinely happy to be there. I was only there for a short stay but I told my spouse that if we were ever back in Toronto area I’d like to stay there again. The parking was also only $18 for 24 hours which is very well priced considering the area.
Great location. The hotel is actually part of the Blue Jays stadium which makes for interesting views for breakfast/dinner as you are overlooking the pitch itself. Location is very central, only a couple of hundred yards from the Toronto Maple Leafs stadium as well. It is close to all the best downtown amenities including restaurants, nightlife and markets, although the latter market we went to was a pleasant 20 minute walk. The room was a good size, even for three adults.
Wow those views! We were on floor 37 and it was easy to forget you were so high up until you looked out of the window. Downtown Toronto is spectacular by day and even more so at night. One King West is in a great position for exploring the downtown area and the hotel is a vibrant place to be at. Excellent food and service in the restaurant and the staff are great. I would definitely stay here if I visit Toronto again.
A beautiful hotel nestled in downtown Toronto. The room was absolutely clean and had a luxurious feel to it. During my stay, I wasn't able to go out to eat, so I stuck with room service for my meals and I'm glad I did. The food the hotel served was some of the best room service food I've ever had. The staff who brought the meals were professional and courteous, making the whole experience even better.
A great option for a cheaper hotel in Toronto. We originally booked a more expensive hotel by the CN Tower but this was just as good. The rooms are fine, no problems. Decent location near downtown and no complaints really. They even have breakfast which is decent, although there can be queues but that's because of the people taking ages to walk around in line!
We stayed at embassy suites by hilton near Pearson Airport for our first night in Canada. The free shuttle bus was great and meant it was so easy to get to the hotel and also to pick up our hire car the next morning.. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was great. We are planning to return before our flight home.
The location is great, close to downtown Toronto - walking distance to the main areas. The size and facilities are also good, there is really one room and one side room (open) with another sofa bed that is convenient. The view is nice. Overall, it's a good alternative to the pricier hotels in the neighborhood. The parking spot is also very convenient.
It´s an old traditional hotel of great standing in a great location downtown Toronto with all the good and bad that comes along. Classic rooms, great restaurants and great attention from staff. A a gold card member we got an upgrade during our check in and that based on attentive work from reception staff. Well done and appreciated !
The location was interesting. We had two great meals within a 1 block walk of the hotel without even trying. Not my usual Toronto experience. Usually I stay downtown. This self-named "Drake-like" hotel at $400cdn a night, with an 18th floor view of Canada's most multicultural city would be fun. and it was, however.......
1-Complementary breakfast as well as 24-hours free coffee machine for the guests were rightfully the flagship for Best Western Plus Travel Hotel Toronto Airport which was a very pleasant surprise for me.
2-Location was very close to airport, allows the guest to plan well for there arrival and departure.
the hotel is very accessible to the airport, restaurants and transportation area...shuttle is available at anytime. starbucks is available in the ground floor.. the famous double tree by hilton cookie is also available in Canada!!yey!
confidently clean and sanitized place to stay with...
Comfortable hotel for a reasonable price in downtown Toronto, just off of Queen and quite close to Spadina. Bed was comfortable with a good amount of blankets given off the bat! Room also had a kitchenette which was much appreciated. Staff at front desk were quite friendly as well.
Great location (Old Toronto/Downtown) - great for public transportation. Probably a PITA for driving though.
Good vibe, style; historical building, old school elevator (historical part of the hotel).
Friendly & responsive staff, security at night time.
Contactless check-out.
It is a cheap hotel near downtown. Near transit. For the money this hotel was good as other hotels near down town Toronto are in the 300 plus dollar a night, and this one is only 120. You get what you pay for.
Customer service top notch and Luxury room was amazing. I have stayed at various 5 star hotels in Toronto and to date this was the best overall experience. And the room had great CN tower view - Just loved it
Location, location, location. This condo is all about location, located in downtown of Toronto, best neighborhood in the area. Walking distance to museums, boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc. Love the area!
